Job Overview: We are seeking a Consultant Orthopedic (Shoulder Surgery) who is passionate about delivering exceptional medical care and has a strong commitment to patient well-being. As a consultant, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and providing post-operative care to patients with shoulder injuries and disorders. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients with shoulder injuries or disorders, using diagnostic imaging and tests to accurately diagnose and assess the condition.

• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, which may include surgical and non-surgical options, based on the patient's medical history, lifestyle, and desired outcome.

• Perform complex shoulder surgeries, such as rotator cuff repairs, labral repairs, and total shoulder replacements, using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.

• Monitor and assess the patient's progress during post-operative care, providing support and guidance to promote effective recovery and rehabilitation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic patient care.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of research and training programs for orthopedic surgery, sharing your expertise and knowledge with others.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.

• Completion of a residency program in Orthopedic Surgery.

• Certified in CCT, RCPSC, CFPC, American Board, FRACP, and CSCST.

• Fellowship or additional training in Shoulder Surgery.

• Board certification or specialist license in Orthopedic Surgery.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Orthopedic (Shoulder Surgery).

• Proven experience in performing a wide range of shoulder surgeries.

• Proficient in using advanced orthopedic surgical techniques and procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
