Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon (American / Canadian Board) with Rehabilitation Experience

Allocation Assist Middle East, a leading healthcare organization in the Middle East, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have American or Canadian Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery and will also have experience in rehabilitation.

As a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Your role will also involve conducting surgeries, providing post-operative care, and developing treatment plans for patients. In addition, you will be expected to have experience in rehabilitation and work closely with our team of physiotherapists to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent medical care to patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions

- Conduct surgeries as needed and provide post-operative care

- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients

- Collaborate with physiotherapists to provide integrated care to patients

- Keep up-to-date with latest advancements and techniques in the field of Orthopedic Surgery

- Mentor and train junior medical staff

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited university

- American or Canadian Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon

- Experience in rehabilitation and working with physiotherapists

- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and pathologies

- Excellent surgical skills and dexterity

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
