Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Perform a variety of orthopedic surgeries including trauma, joint replacement, and arthroscopy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with consideration of patient needs and medical protocols.
• Manage patient care throughout pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative stages.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and rehabilitation processes.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital standards.
• Engage in continued professional development to remain current with advancements in orthopedic surgery.

• Medical degree with specialization in Orthopedic Surgery from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in the UAE, specifically Sharjah.
• Proven experience in orthopedic surgical procedures within a clinical or hospital setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of orthopedic surgical techniques and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
