Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon (Rehabilitation Experience) - Dubai

Position: Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon (American/Canadian Board) with Rehabilitation Experience - Dubai

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant orthopedic surgeon to join one of the esteemed hospitals in Dubai. We are a leading consultancy agency dedicated to providing top-quality medical services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive orthopedic care to patients with musculoskeletal injuries or disorders

- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and diagnosis of orthopedic conditions

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs

- Perform orthopedic surgeries, including but not limited to joint replacements, fracture fixations, and arthroscopic procedures

- Utilize rehabilitation techniques and therapies to help patients recover from injuries or surgeries

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in orthopedic surgery techniques and research to provide the best possible care to patients

- Mentor and supervise junior doctors and medical staff

- Adhere to strict ethical and legal standards in patient care

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited university

- American or Canadian board certification in Orthopedic Surgery

- A valid medical license to practice in Dubai

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon, with a strong focus on rehabilitation

- Strong knowledge and experience in orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements and arthroscopic procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lead and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
