Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon (Upper Limb) - Dubai

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon (Upper Limb) to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exemplary orthopedic services to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert medical care to patients requiring orthopedic surgery on the upper limb, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.

• Perform surgical procedures on the upper limb, including joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, and trauma cases.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in orthopedic surgery and ensure best practices are being implemented.

• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and other relevant activities to improve patient care and outcomes.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior medical staff.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient consultations, treatments, and procedures.

• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and participate in training and development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active medical license to practice in UAE.

• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery from a recognized authority.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in upper limb procedures.

• Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
