Consultant Otoloaryngologist

Westaffed is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant Otolaryngologist to join esteemed team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a diverse range of ear, nose, and throat (ENT) conditions in both adults and children. Your work will encompass medical and surgical management of disorders including allergies, sinusitis, hearing loss, throat disorders, and head and neck tumors. You will conduct detailed patient evaluations, leverage advanced diagnostic techniques, and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with ENT disorders and interpret diagnostic imaging and tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include medical therapy and surgical interventions.
• Perform a variety of surgical procedures related to the ear, nose, throat, and neck.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care for complex cases.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Otolaryngology and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical care.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives and quality improvement programs.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completion of an Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board certification in Otolaryngology is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an otolaryngology practice preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing a wide array of ENT disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
