Consultant Pathology - Private Sector

As a Consultant Pathologist in the private sector, you will be responsible for overseeing pathology investigations, interpreting laboratory results, and providing detailed reports to clinicians to support effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret a wide range of pathology tests including histopathology and cytopathology.
• Produce accurate, timely, and comprehensive pathology reports for private healthcare providers.
• Consult with physicians and healthcare teams to discuss pathological findings and their clinical implications.
• Ensure compliance with private laboratory standards and quality assurance protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in pathology and diagnostic technologies.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to the ongoing improvement of pathology services.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Pathology.
• Completion of residency training and board certification in Pathology preferred.
• Proven experience working as a Consultant Pathologist in a private sector or similar setting.
• Expertise in histopathology, cytopathology, and relevant diagnostic techniques.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
