Consultant Pediatric Emergency medicine- Private Healthcare Facility

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant in Pediatric Emergency Medicine to join a prestigious Private Healthcare Facility. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional committed to providing exceptional emergency care to pediatric patients in a private setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized emergency medical care to pediatric patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform prompt assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in the pediatric emergency department.
• Lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines tailored to pediatric emergency medicine in the private healthcare context.
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay informed about advancements in pediatric emergency medicine.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialist or consultant level certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice within the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience working as a Consultant in Pediatric Emergency Medicine, preferably within private healthcare facilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pediatric emergency care protocols and best practices.
• Exceptional clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is highly desirable.

• Medical degree with specialist/consultant certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
• Valid medical license
• Proven consultant-level experience in pediatric emergency care, preferably in private healthcare
• Strong knowledge of pediatric emergency protocols and best practices
• Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
