Consultant Pediatric ENT Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Pediatric ENT to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive specialist care to infants, children, and adolescents with a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and clinical care for paediatric ENT patients.
• Evaluate and manage congenital and acquired ear, nose, and throat conditions in children.
• Perform appropriate paediatric ENT procedures and surgeries.
• Manage common paediatric ENT conditions including recurrent tonsillitis, adenoid hypertrophy, otitis media, hearing disorders, nasal obstruction, and airway problems.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative follow-up.
• Manage paediatric airway emergencies and complex ENT cases.
• Work closely with paediatricians, audiologists, speech therapists, anaesthesiologists, and other specialists.
• Provide appropriate counselling and education to parents and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
• Follow DOH regulations, hospital policies, and established clinical guidelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and professional practice.

Requirements

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in ENT / Otolaryngology.
• Relevant fellowship or additional training in Paediatric ENT is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Consultant/Specialist in Paediatric ENT.
• Valid DOH License – Abu Dhabi is mandatory.
• Strong experience in paediatric ENT diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
