The Role:

As a Consultant Pediatric Neurosurgeon, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and management of neurological conditions in children. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough assessments and diagnosis of neurological conditions in pediatric patients.

- Developing and implementing effective treatment plans based on individual patient needs.

- Performing neurosurgery procedures on pediatric patients as needed.

- Providing post-operative care and monitoring patients' progress.

- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to review and discuss cases.

Requirements:

- Valid medical license to practice as a Neurosurgeon in the UAE.

- Board certification in Pediatric Neurosurgery from a recognized board.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Consultant Pediatric Neurosurgeon.

- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules.

- Fluency in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
