As a Consultant Pediatric Ophthalmologist, you will play a vital role in providing specialized care to our young patients and ensuring their vision and eye health is properly managed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose eye disorders and diseases in pediatric patients

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and interpret diagnostic tests

• Develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric eye conditions

• Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients

• Educate patients and their families on proper eye care and disease management

• Perform surgical procedures on pediatric patients, such as strabismus surgery, cataract surgery, etc.

• Stay current with advancements in the field of pediatric ophthalmology and participate in research and training activities

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• Medical Degree and Board Certification in Ophthalmology

• Fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Pediatric Ophthalmologist

• Experience with pediatric cataract and glaucoma surgeries is preferred

• In-depth knowledge of pediatric ophthalmology conditions and treatments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• The candidate must have received Western training or education.

• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
