Consultant Pediatric Surgeon

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose surgical conditions in pediatric patients through comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Perform a variety of pediatric surgical procedures, utilizing the latest techniques and technologies.
• Oversee the recovery process of patients in the postoperative environment, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, expected outcomes, and care plans.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training, research, and initiatives to advance pediatric surgical practice.

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. with completion of a general surgery residency followed by a pediatric surgery fellowship.
• Board certification in pediatric surgery is mandatory.
• Current state medical license to practice pediatric surgery.
• A minimum of X years of experience in pediatric surgical care (X years can be specified based on company preference).
• In-depth knowledge of surgical techniques applicable to pediatric patients.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and family engagement.
• Commitment to the highest standards of patient care and continuous professional development.

Benefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 55000 to 95000.
