Consultant Physiotherapist - Dubai

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic consultant physiotherapist to join a leading healthcare provider in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring deep clinical expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports-related rehabilitation and demonstrate excellence in patient-centered care, clinical leadership, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct expert assessments and formulate evidence-based treatment plans for complex and chronic conditions
• Provide advanced physiotherapeutic interventions using the latest techniques and technologies
• Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists, contributing to clinical education and upskilling
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated rehabilitation programs
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatments as necessary to optimize outcomes
• Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Uphold regulatory compliance and ethical standards in all clinical practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)
• Registration with a recognized health authority (e.g., HCPC, APTA, or equivalent)
• Eligibility for DHA licensure as a Consultant Physiotherapist
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or consultant-level capacity
• Proven expertise in specialized areas (e.g., neuro rehab, MSK, post-operative recovery)
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational capabilities
