Stay updated with advancements in plastic surgery techniques and incorporate best practices into clinical care.
Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and government healthcare policies.
Requirements
Medical degree with valid license to practice as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon.
Board certification or equivalent qualification in Plastic Surgery.
Experience in performing reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures within a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of government healthcare protocols, policies, and patient management systems.
Demonstrated ability to make sound clinical decisions in a public healthcare environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to structured organizational environments.
Strong commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.
Previous experience in government healthcare facilities is preferred.
