A leading private healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon with UK CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) to join its distinguished surgical team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery services while delivering exceptional patient care in accordance with international clinical standards and best practices.

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients requiring reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery.

Perform a broad range of plastic surgery procedures, including aesthetic, reconstructive, hand, microsurgical, burn reconstruction, and post-traumatic reconstructive surgeries.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' medical conditions and aesthetic goals.

Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative follow-up care.

Counsel patients regarding surgical options, expected outcomes, potential risks, and recovery plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including dermatologists, oncologists, orthopedic surgeons, ENT specialists, maxillofacial surgeons, and anesthesiologists.

Manage emergency reconstructive cases and soft tissue trauma within the scope of practice.

Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, departmental meetings, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and international clinical guidelines.

Supervise and mentor junior medical staff where applicable.
