About the Role

Dr Expat is recruiting experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeons for opportunities with leading healthcare providers across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for Western-trained Consultants with strong experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery and a comprehensive surgical background.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level assessment and surgical management of patients.
• Perform a broad range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
• Assess patients and develop appropriate surgical treatment plans.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Maintain a comprehensive and current surgical logbook.
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Recognised specialist/consultant qualification from the UK with CCT, USA with American Board, Europe, Australia or equivalent recognised Western pathway.
• Tier 1 qualified doctors preferred.
• Specialist training in Plastic Surgery.
• Minimum 5 years' experience post-specialisation.
• Current or recent Consultant-level experience within a recognised healthcare facility.
• Strong and current surgical logbook.
• Eligible for DHA or DOH Consultant licensing.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Previous UAE experience is not required.

Salary & Benefits

AED 70,000–90,000 per month, depending on experience and the individual hospital.
