Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychiatric assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs.
• Diagnose various mental health conditions and formulate personalized treatment strategies.
• Administer psychotherapy and prescribe medications, ensuring optimal patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients.
• Educate patients and families on mental health disorders, treatment options, and recovery processes.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Stay current with developments in psychiatric medicine and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Psychiatry is required.
• Valid medical license for practice in the Gulf region.
• Extensive experience in a psychiatric practice, demonstrating expertise in managing diverse mental health disorders.
• Strong understanding of psychotherapeutic methodologies and psychopharmacological treatments.
• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and a dynamic environment.
