As a Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine Expert, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health and behavioral disorders. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop customized care plans, promote mental wellness, and enhance patient outcomes in a supportive and progressive clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with mental health and behavioral concerns.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans including psychotherapy and medication management.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
• Provide counseling and behavioral interventions to improve patient well-being.
• Stay current with developments in mental health research and apply evidence-based practices.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to regulatory standards and institutional protocols.

• Medical degree or relevant advanced qualification in Psychiatry, Behavioral Medicine, or Psychology.
• Board certification or equivalent credentials in Mental Health or Behavioral Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi/UAE.
• Proven clinical experience in mental health and behavioral medicine.
• Strong expertise in psychiatric assessment, behavioral therapy, and medication management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and patient-centered care.
