Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders

- Prescribe and adjust medication doses as needed

- Monitor patients' progress and make changes to treatment plans as necessary

- Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care

- Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders and treatment options

- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

- Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Attend departmental meetings and participate in training and development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited university

- Specialization in Psychiatry with at least 5 years of experience post-qualification

- Fluent in Arabic with strong communication skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle complex cases

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent bedside manner and empathetic attitude
