Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth psychiatric assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs.
• Diagnose mental health disorders and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Provide psychotherapy and medication management in a collaborative treatment environment.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and recovery strategies.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in psychiatry.

• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Psychiatry is essential.
• Active medical license to practice in the UAE.
• Significant clinical experience in psychiatric practice, with expertise in treating diverse mental health conditions.
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team-based environment.
