Consultant Radiation Oncologist for Cancer Care

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients requiring radiation therapy as part of their cancer treatment.
• Develop and deliver tailored radiation oncology treatment plans.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborative care planning.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding treatment procedures and side effects.
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation in alignment with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Stay abreast of advancements and innovations in radiation oncology techniques and technology.

• Medical degree with specialization in Radiation Oncology.
• Board certification in Radiation Oncology is mandatory.
• Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region or relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in radiation oncology with expertise in cancer care.
• Proficiency in contemporary radiation therapy technologies and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
