SearchPlus HR, a top-tier HR consulting firm, is currently seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Consultant Respiratory Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Consultant Respiratory Medicine Physician at SearchPlus HR, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing expert care to patients with respiratory conditions. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with a wide range of respiratory disorders, including asthma, COPD, lung infections, and lung cancer. You will perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing management and follow-up care. Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals, you will ensure excellent patient outcomes and a patient-centered approach to care.
Responsibilities: - Evaluate and diagnose patients with respiratory conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide ongoing management and follow-up care
- Perform procedures, such as bronchoscopy and thoracentesis
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in respiratory medicine
- Provide patient education regarding respiratory management and prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Requirements - Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant Respiratory Medicine Physician
- Completion of a recognized residency program in Internal Medicine or Pulmonary Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Respiratory Medicine
- Proven experience in evaluating and managing patients with respiratory disorders
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities in respiratory medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Empathy, compassion, and patient-centered approach to care
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases
- Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
