Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed assessments to diagnose various spinal conditions.
• Execute surgical procedures including, but not limited to, spinal fusion, disc replacement, and laminectomy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for surgical and non-surgical interventions.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay current with advancements in spine surgery techniques and best practices.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and clinical practices.

• Medical degree with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
• Specialization in Spine Surgery, with advanced fellowship training preferred.
• Proven track record of successful spine surgeries and patient management.
• Extensive knowledge of spine surgical techniques and appropriate technologies.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to interpret diagnostic imaging.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.
