Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and diagnostic assessments to identify spinal conditions.
• Perform a variety of complex spinal surgeries such as spinal fusion, disc replacement, and decompression surgeries.

• Provide detailed patient education on surgical procedures, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, pain specialists, and radiologists.
• Oversee post-operative care, monitoring recovery and managing complications.
• Maintain meticulous medical records in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Stay updated on advancements in spine surgery and integrate best practices into clinical care.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards throughout all clinical activities.

• Medical degree with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
• Fellowship training or specialization in Spine Surgery is highly preferred.
• Proven experience performing complex spinal surgeries in a private healthcare setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of advanced spinal surgical techniques and perioperative care.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to interpret imaging studies effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and healthcare teams.
