Consultant Urogynecologist (UK CCT) - Dubai

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Urogynecologist (UK CCT) to join one of the prestigious and growing hospitals in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a UK CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in Urogynecology, with at least 5 years of experience as a consultant in a reputable hospital or clinic. The candidate must also have a valid license to practice in Dubai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, treat and manage gynecologic conditions and disorders affecting the pelvic organs, bladder and reproductive system

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and physical examinations of patients, including medical history, laboratory and diagnostic tests

- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, including surgical and non-surgical options

- Perform surgeries, such as pelvic reconstructive surgery, vaginal and laparoscopic surgeries, and other urogynecological procedures

- Provide thorough post-operative care and follow up appointments

- Educate and counsel patients on preventive care and lifestyle changes to prevent recurrence of conditions

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible care for patients

- Keep up-to-date with advancements in urogynecological procedures and techniques

- Participate in research and clinical trials to contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes

Qualifications:

- UK CCT in Urogynecology

- 3-5 years of experience as a consultant in a reputable hospital or clinic

- Valid license to practice in Dubai

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
