Consultant Urologist

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Consultant Urologist to join our healthcare team. In this vital position, you will be responsible for providing advanced diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide variety of urological conditions, all while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients with urological disorders through thorough clinical examinations and history taking.
• Diagnose conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive organs, including cancers and benign diseases.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
• Perform a range of surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries.
• Provide patient education on urological health management, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay informed of advancements in urology.
• Maintain clear, accurate medical records in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency in Urology.
• Board certification in Urology is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience in urology.
• Expertise in performing urological surgical procedures and managing complex cases.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to ongoing education and remaining current with developments in urology.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
