Consultant - Urologist

SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant Urologist to join our healthcare client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad range of urological conditions affecting patients of diverse backgrounds.

In this role, you will perform detailed patient assessments, advanced diagnostic evaluations, and provide expert surgical and non-surgical treatments. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and dedication to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient consultations including medical history and physical examination.
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests related to urological conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing a variety of urological issues.
• Perform surgical intervention when indicated, applying best practices and latest techniques.
• Work closely with other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuing professional development to stay current with advances in urology.

• Medical degree and specialist qualification in Urology.
• Board certification and eligibility to practice as a Consultant Urologist.
• Proven clinical experience in managing a range of urological conditions.
• Experience performing urological surgeries and minimally invasive procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
