Consultant/Specialist GP/Transfusion Medicine

SearchPlus HR is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Consultant/Specialist in General Practice/Transfusion Medicine. We are seeking a skilled professional who is passionate about providing high-quality healthcare and ensuring safe transfusion practices for patients.

In this role, you will apply your expertise in transfusion medicine while managing overall patient care. You will be responsible for overseeing the transfusion process, from donor selection to patient monitoring, and addressing any complications that may arise during transfusion therapy.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and consultations for patients in need of transfusion services.
• Manage and supervise blood transfusion protocols, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Diagnose and effectively manage transfusion reactions and their associated complications.
• Provide guidance on the appropriate use of blood and blood products in clinical settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, including laboratory staff, nurses, and physicians, to optimize transfusion practices.
• Educate healthcare professionals and patients about transfusion medicine, its benefits, and risks.
• Monitor and review patient outcomes to enhance transfusion practices and safety measures.
• Participate in research initiatives and stay informed about advancements in transfusion medicine.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation as required by regulatory guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to quality improvement projects in the healthcare setting.

• Medical degree with a valid medical license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist.
• Completion of a residency program in General Practice or Transfusion Medicine.
• Board certification in General Practice and Transfusion Medicine is preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in transfusion medicine and patient management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
• Desire to engage in lifelong learning and professional development.

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 83K
