Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon

As a Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions such as fractures, nerve injuries, tendon tears, and congenital anomalies. Your role will encompass the development of tailored treatment plans, the execution of complex surgical procedures, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurate diagnoses of hand and upper extremity disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique clinical needs.
• Perform a variety of surgical interventions, including microsurgery, tendon repairs, and arthroscopy.
• Apply innovative surgical techniques to optimize patient outcomes and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation specialists to monitor and enhance patient recovery.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in hand surgery practices and techniques.

• Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon.
• Completion of residency training in Orthopedic Surgery or Plastic Surgery, followed by a Hand Surgery fellowship.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of hand and upper extremity conditions.
• Extensive surgical experience with a variety of hand procedures.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary hand surgery techniques and technologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient engagement.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative approach to working with other healthcare professionals in a team-oriented environment.
