Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon

SearchPlus HR is actively looking for a highly skilled Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert surgical care and treatment for patients with a variety of hand and upper extremity disorders.

As a Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon, your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating injuries such as fractures, tendon damage, nerve injuries, and congenital hand conditions. You will design individualized treatment plans, perform surgical operations, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to diagnose hand and upper extremity conditions accurately.
• Develop personalized and effective treatment strategies for each patient.
• Execute a range of surgical procedures, including fracture repairs, tendon reconstructions, and microsurgery.
• Employ innovative techniques to enhance surgical outcomes and recovery times.
• Work in conjunction with physical and occupational therapists to implement postoperative rehabilitation programs.
• Participate in continuous education and training to keep up with advancements in hand surgery practices.

• Medical degree and a valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Hand Surgeon.
• Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery or Plastic Surgery residency, followed by a fellowship in Hand Surgery.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating hand and upper extremity injuries.
• Extensive surgical experience and proficiency in various hand surgical techniques.
• Strong understanding of microsurgery and advanced reconstruction techniques.
• Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
