Consultant/Specialist Hematologist-Government Facility

As a Consultant/Specialist Hematologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of blood-related conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including detailed medical history assessments and physical examinations.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans for patients diagnosed with hematological conditions, including anemia, leukemia, and bleeding disorders.

• Educate patients and their families about the nature of their conditions, treatment options, and supportive care resources.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, oncologists, and specialists, to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree and board certification in hematology.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and managing hematological disorders, preferably within a government or public healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of hematology treatment protocols, current best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
