Consultant/Specialist Interventional Radiology

As a Consultant/Specialist in Interventional Radiology, you will be responsible for a variety of procedures including but not limited to angiography, embolization, and biopsies. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in a variety of interventional radiology procedures using advanced imaging guidance.
• Conduct patient evaluations by reviewing medical histories and imaging studies to determine appropriate procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective communication.
• Maintain detailed records of all procedures and patient interactions.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements and best practices in the field of interventional radiology.
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards, particularly concerning radiation safety.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid license to practice in the relevant state.
• Board certification or eligibility in Interventional Radiology is preferred.
• Significant experience in performing interventional radiology procedures.
• Strong proficiency with imaging modalities and interventional techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for comprehensive documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
