Consultant/Specialist Maternal and Fetal Medicine

SearchPlus HR is inviting applications for the position of Consultant/Specialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine. This role is essential for providing expert care to expectant mothers and their unborn children, particularly in high-risk pregnancies.

As a Consultant/Specialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine, you will conduct detailed assessments, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop personalized care plans to ensure the health and safety of both mothers and babies. Your expertise will be vital in offering comprehensive prenatal care, conducting high-level diagnostic interventions, and managing complex cases.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced ultrasounds and diagnostic imaging to monitor fetal development
• Assess and manage pregnancies at high risk for complications
• Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other specialists to provide comprehensive care
• Provide counseling and support to patients and their families regarding risks and treatment options
• Conduct and interpret laboratory tests pertinent to maternal and fetal health
• Address any complications that arise during pregnancy and initiate necessary interventions
• Educate patients on prenatal care, healthy pregnancy practices, and delivery preparations
• Engage in research and clinical trials that advance the field of maternal and fetal medicine
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Comply with professional standards, policies, and regulations in patient care

• Medical degree and a valid license to practice in Maternal and Fetal Medicine
• Completion of residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Fellowship training in Maternal and Fetal Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Maternal and Fetal Medicine
• Comprehensive experience in managing high-risk pregnancies and performing diagnostic procedures
• Exceptional clinical and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information compassionately
• A collaborative approach to healthcare in a multidisciplinary environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Commitment to continuous education and staying abreast of the latest developments in maternal and fetal health
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare setting

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
