Position Overview

The Consultant/Specialist Oral and Dental Surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating various oral and dental conditions. This role involves not only performing complex surgical procedures but also providing exceptional patient care and educating patients on oral health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients' oral health
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical interventions when necessary
• Perform intricate surgical procedures such as tooth extractions, dental implants, and maxillofacial surgery
• Monitor patient recovery, providing thorough post-operative care and follow-ups
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in dental surgery and related fields

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD), with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Active dental license to practice in the respective region
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in oral and dental surgery
• Strong knowledge of oral and maxillofacial surgical techniques and outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients
• Analytical and critical thinking skills for effective decision-making
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a collaborative environment
