Consultant/Specialist Oral And Maxillofacial Surgeon

We are currently in search of a highly skilled Consultant/Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our network of healthcare professionals. As a Consultant/Specialist at SearchPlus HR, you will be instrumental in providing advanced surgical care for patients with conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, and face.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of ailments, including facial trauma, jaw abnormalities, and oral cancers. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care, and your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our surgical services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical procedures for the treatment of oral, maxillofacial, and craniofacial conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' oral and facial conditions, including diagnosis and evaluation.
• Collaborate with dental and medical teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Manage preoperative and postoperative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education on surgical procedures, risks, and care plans.
• Stay current with advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery techniques and technologies.
• Participate in research initiatives to enhance treatment methodologies and patient care.

Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Completion of a residency program in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and surgically treating oral and maxillofacial conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Knowledge of the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement.
