Consultant/Specialist Orthodontist

SearchPlus HR is actively searching for a talented and experienced Consultant/Specialist Orthodontist to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for orthodontics and a commitment to delivering the highest quality patient care.

As a Consultant/Specialist Orthodontist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with dental and facial irregularities, planning and executing individualized orthodontic treatment strategies. You will use a variety of orthodontic appliances and techniques to ensure optimal outcomes, while fostering a patient-centered approach that promotes confidence and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations and diagnoses of dental and facial conditions
• Create customized treatment plans for patients based on assessment findings
• Utilize orthodontic appliances, including braces, aligners, and retainers, for treatment
• Monitor and adjust patient treatments to ensure progress toward goals
• Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures and oral hygiene practices
• Collaborate with other dental and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in orthodontic technology and practices
• Maintain detailed and organized patient records and documentation
• Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Orthodontics
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthodontics
• Proven experience in orthodontic assessment and treatment
• Comprehensive knowledge of orthodontic techniques and appliances
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills
• Commitment to lifelong learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
• Empathetic and patient-focused approach in delivering care

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
