Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Dentistry

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled pediatric dentist dedicated to improving children's oral health in a friendly, supportive environment.

As a Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Dentist, you will assess and provide comprehensive dental care to young patients. Your responsibilities include diagnosing dental conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and performing a variety of dental procedures tailored to children. You will also focus on patient education, helping children and their guardians understand the importance of oral hygiene and preventive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough oral examinations and diagnose dental issues in pediatric patients.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique dental needs.
• Perform restorative treatments, preventative care, and emergency dental procedures.
• Administer fluoride treatments, dental sealants, and other preventive measures.
• Educate children and their families about proper oral hygiene practices and dietary choices.
• Monitor dental growth and development, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry through continuous education.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Pediatric Dentistry and board certification.
• Active and valid dental license to practice in the respective state.
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric dentistry, with a focus on treating and managing dental conditions in children.
• Strong understanding of child psychology and effective behavior management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with children and their families.
• Ability to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for pediatric patients.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality dental care.
• A collaborative team player capable of working alongside multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
