Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Surgeon

SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a highly accomplished Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Surgeon to join our leading healthcare practice. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering expert surgical care to children facing a range of medical conditions, including congenital defects, trauma, and other surgical needs.

Your role will involve diagnosing, treating, and managing pediatric surgical cases with a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for your patients. You will work closely with families and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine surgical needs
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition
• Perform a broad spectrum of pediatric surgical procedures with precision and care
• Manage postoperative care, ensuring recovery and addressing any complications
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated patient care
• Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance pediatric surgical practices

• Medical degree and valid certification in Pediatric Surgery
• Completion of residency training in General Surgery and fellowship in Pediatric Surgery
• Significant experience in performing pediatric surgeries
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Compassionate approach to working with pediatric patients and their families
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Benefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 55000 to 95000.
