Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health conditions
• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, mood disorders, and psychoses
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that may include psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle modifications
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in psychiatric practices to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in all patient interactions and documentation

• Medical degree and board certification in Psychiatry
• Extensive experience in diagnosing and managing mental health conditions
• Thorough understanding of psychiatric treatment methodologies and therapeutic practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues
• Experience in conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities for managing patient care
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care
• Current and valid licensure to practice psychiatry in the appropriate jurisdiction
