Job Description - Content & Creative Executive

We are looking for a Content & Creative Executive to join our MENA team based in Dubai. This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity to help build and shape the content function for one of the fastest-growing regions in Pattern's global business. You will report to the Marketplace Manager and work closely with brand management, advertising, and marketplace teams across the US, Europe, and India to deliver best-in-class content for the brands we represent on Amazon and other regional marketplaces.


This is an individual contributor role today but as Pattern grows in the region, there will be a clear path to lead and build out a team beneath you.


What is a day in the life of a Content & Creative Executive




  • Design high-quality creative assets for brand portfolios, including product imagery banners, A+ content visuals, infographics, and social media graphics.




  • Write, translate, and localise product content in Arabic, including titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and A+ copy for Amazon UAE and Saudi Arabia.




  • Support SEO implementation across the portfolio with a particular focus on Arabic-language keyword research, optimisation of detail page content, and organic ranking improvement.




  • Play a key role in the execution of Portal, Pattern’s AI-powered photography studio, coordinating asset production workflows and supporting brand delivery for key accounts.




  • Partner with Brand Management and Advertising teams to identify content gaps and opportunities that can improve conversion rate and organic performance across the brand portfolio.




  • Build and maintain content intake processes to prioritise and track the backlog of creative and SEO requests across the MENA portfolio.




  • Monitor content performance over time using relevant tools and deliver on SEO and content improvement goals.




  • Collaborate with Pattern’s global content and tech teams to share learnings and contribute to innovation in content processes and tooling.




  • Support ad-hoc content-related tasks across the region as the MENA team grows and the function evolves.




What will I need to thrive in this role?


Essential




  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong written Arabic skills.




  • Demonstrable graphic design ability, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Canva or Figma.




  • Understanding of SEO principles and experience applying them to drive organic performance.




  • Based in Dubai, or ready to relocate.




Highly Desirable




  • Experience creating or optimising content on Amazon, Noon, or other ecommerce marketplaces.




  • Familiarity with Arabic keyword research tools or Amazon’s search algorithm in MENA markets.




  • Experience with AI-assisted content tools or image generation platforms.




  • Strong written and spoken English.




  • Analytical mindset — comfortable making decisions based on data and performance metrics.




  • Highly organised and process-driven, with excellent time management skills.




  • A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude — comfortable operating in a small, fast-moving team where the scope of the role will evolve.




  • Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a content-related role.
