Content Creator - Fixed Term

Summary: We are looking for an in-house Content Creator. As our content creator, you’ll be at the heart of content creation, supporting the team to create high-quality video & photo content across a range of formats and platforms. From fast-turnaround TikToks to educational YouTube videos, you’ll bring our brand to life visually. You’ll be hands-on with lighting and filming and need to be comfortable working across multiple mediums (iPhone, Osmo Pocket, etc.) and adapting your style to suit each channel.

Please note that this role is 12-month contract role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Capture a high volume of engaging video content optimized for social-first platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with the creative, social, and production teams to execute shoots
• Stay ahead of beauty, cultural, and social media trends, proactively developing fresh content ideas.
• Act as on-camera talent when needed for tutorials, product demos, behind-the-scenes content, and storytelling formats.
• Produce UGC-style content that feels authentic, real-time, and platform-native.
• Organize, maintain, and keep track of filming equipment.
• Coordinate and organize the offload of all social filming footage and photos
• Confidently set up and manage lighting to create flattering, brand-aligned visuals
• Capture clean, clear audio for content as required
• Shoot content using a variety of devices (from iPhone to professional camera gear)
• Stay on top of emerging trends in social video and translate them into innovative brand content
• Organize and maintain video files, ensuring an efficient post-production workflow
• Bring creative ideas to the table to continuously elevate the brand’s visual output

• 3+ years of experience in content creation
• Strong technical knowledge of video production, lighting, and sound
• Skilled in shooting across devices, from iPhone to DSLR/mirrorless cameras/ Osmo Pocket
• Strong proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Lightroom
• A strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling tailored to social media
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment while meeting deadlines
• Creative, collaborative, and comfortable in front of or behind the camera when needed
• A portfolio showcasing video work across different formats and platforms
