Content Producer (UAE Based, Full Time)

You will run the entire production pipeline for clients in real estate, business setup, restaurants, cafes, and service businesses.

If you cannot handle shoots, clients, deadlines, and chaos, this job is not for you.

Core Responsibilities:

Production Planning

• Schedule and plan shoots
  
• Prepare shot lists
  
• Make sure the videographer has all details
  
• Confirm locations and timing with clients
  
  

On Site Execution

• Attend and run shoots
  
• Direct the videographer
  
• Guide agents, staff, and business owners
  
• Ensure footage matches expectations
  
• Solve problems in real time
  

Content Flow Management

• Deliver raw footage to the editor and designer
  
• Give clear instructions
  
• Track deadlines
  
• Ensure the media buyer gets new creatives every week
  
  

Client Handling

• Coordinate approvals
  
• Gather brand assets
  
• Send drafts for review
  
• Set realistic expectations
  
• Keep communication tight and clear
  
  

Quality Control

• Review every asset before it goes to the client
  
• Ensure content matches brand identity
  
• Ensure assets are ad ready
  
  

Timeline Management

• Track all deliverables
  
• Maintain a production calendar
  
• Prevent delays
  
• Keep every client supplied with fresh content
  
  

KPIs

Non Negotiable Requirements

1. Valid UAE driving license

2. Must own a car

3. Must be able to travel across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah

4. Direct experience managing or coordinating shoots

5. Experience working with videographers, editors, and designers

6. Confident directing people on site

7. Can manage timelines and multiple deliverables

8. Understands basic content formats for ads and social

9. Comfortable with occasional weekend shoots

5,000 to 6,000 AED monthly
