Contract Administrator - Precious Metals

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end operational process for precious metals transactions, including sampling, assaying, and transit and transaction documentation.


• Manage the flow of documents related to the import, export, and trading of precious metals.


• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all transactions in line with company policies and procedures.


• Work closely with the trading team to support deal execution and settlement.


• Maintain detailed records and reports related to inventory, shipments, and transaction history.


• Coordinate with external parties, including refineries, laboratories, and logistics providers, to ensure seamless operations

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations within the precious metals industry.


• Strong knowledge of sampling, assaying, and the documentation process related to precious metals.


• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for precious metals operations.


• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
