Job Description:
We are seeking Conversion and/or Retention Agents to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in Forex, with proficiency in Filipino. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through conversion processes to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion/Retention Agent
• Proficiency in Filipino
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
