Role Overview:  

As a - Coordination Assistant / Junior QC Coordinator - you'll assist in sourcing, selecting, and managing Fulkrum Quality Inspectors. You'll support the Coordination team with various administrative tasks and interact with clients, candidates, and team members. 

Key Responsibilities:

•  Assist with client requests for QA/QC Engineering and Project Support personnel.


• Provide administrative support, including formatting CVs and maintaining records.


• Source candidates and prepare them for interviews.


•  Communicate with candidates about their assignments and responsibilities.


• Support candidate relations and performance updates.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Engineering graduate, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.


• Basic knowledge of project management principles.


• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.


• Strong time management and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage client relationships and react to high-tempo situations.


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
