Coordinator, Quality & Control (UAEN)

To support the retention and engagement of intermediary partners by coordinating business activities, tracking performance data, and ensuring timely communication. The role involves assisting in operational processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to initiatives that enhance intermediary relationships and service excellence.

Core Responsibilities:
•    Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and tracking of tasks, meetings, and projects.
•    Serve as a liaison between departments, teams, or external partners to ensure alignment and communication.
•    Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare related documentation (agendas, minutes, etc.).
•    Track project timelines and deliverables, flagging issues and facilitating follow-up as needed.
•    Maintain accurate records and documentation in shared platforms and systems.
•    Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
•    Support onboarding and training logistics for new team members or initiatives.
•    Monitor inventory, resources, or other department-specific needs and support procurement or requests.
•    Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to team efficiency..
•    Support the implementation of quality standards for department policies and processes.

Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
•    Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Insurance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred. 
•    Professional certifications in Insurance, Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, or equivalent is advantageous.
