Coordinator Talent development - Delivery Hero

What to expect:

We are looking for a Talent Development Coordinator who will support and coordinate learning and development initiatives in line with the overall learning and development strategy. You will actively participate in the coordination of different learning programs and the management of our learning management system.

What’s on the menu? (Duties & Responsibilities)

• Plans, organizes, administers, tracks and reports on different programs and learning initiatives

• Take ownership of logistics planning and coordination for learning programs

• Administer and manage various tools that are used across our learning programs, including our learning management system.

• Organize various programs supplies, including technology tools, managing invitation list and feedback forms

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex different sets

What are we looking for: (Core Qualifications & Experience)

• 
  Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required

• Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Familiarity with learning management platforms is a plus.
