Job Description - Copy of Senior CX Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

4-7 years of relevant experience, experience in consulting, experience design, and project implementation
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Behavioural Economics, Marketing, Business Management/Administration, or any relevant degree, MBA, or a relevant Master's degree or certificate is a plus
Outstanding written and spoken English, Arabic
Extensive knowledge of the UAE’s government service excellence program and the star rating
Good knowledge of G Suite applications and MacOS software, especially Keynote
Program and/or project management experience, leading large, cross-functional efforts
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong bias for action, experience in a leadership role, and people management
Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and teamwork, leadership and team-building capabilities
Strong fundamental research skills, sharp analytical mind with proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, and analytical)
Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships

Current State Assessment: Conduct thorough internal evaluations of service delivery channels.
Apply 7-Star Rating Standards: Assess centers and digital platforms on the 7-star service criteria.
Develop Improvement Plans: Create and implement improvement plans for service enhancement.
Reporting: Develop and present reports in Arabic and English.
Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with all involved parties to ensure alignment with project requirements and goals.

This position will be offered on a contract basis for a period of 6 to 12 months, with the opportunity for renewal based on business requirements and performance.
Candidates will have an online interview, followed by an in-person interview.
The successful candidate will be expected to work standard office hours, Monday through Friday, at our or our clients’ offices in UAE.
