Job Description - Counter Salesman

Provide excellent customer serviceby assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases at thecounter.
Maintain a clean and organized salesarea to enhance the shopping experience forcustomers.
Accurately process transactions andhandle cash, credit card, and other forms ofpayment.
Recommend products based on customerneeds and preferences to drive sales.
Keeptrack of inventory levels and restock products asneeded.
Stay up to date on product knowledgeand promotions to effectively upsell andcross-sell.
Resolve customer complaints andissues in a professional and timelymanner.
Collaborate with team members toachieve sales targets and goals.
Adhere tocompany policies and procedures regarding sales transactions andcustomer interactions.
Assist with other dutiesas assigned to support the overall sales team and storeoperations.
