Eton Institute is looking for a motivated and customer -focused Course Enrollment Advisor to join our Dubai team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, achieving sales targets, and helping learners find the right training solutions to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert enquiries into enrolments through phone, email, online, and face -to -face consultations.
• Advise prospective learners on language courses, professional training, and educational solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, registrations, and pending enquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the enrolment journey.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth learner onboarding and course delivery.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, enrolment, or a similar role. (Preferred experience within the education industry)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship -building skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with CRM systems such as ZOHO or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Previous experience within the education, training, or language learning industry is preferred.
